Information from third parties

We may receive membership, billing, subscription, transaction, refund, and fraud-prevention information from Stripe. If you sign in through Google or Facebook, we receive your email address, name, and related authentication information from that provider. We may receive email delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, open, and click information from Mailgun. We may also receive referral, engagement, comment, reaction, sharing, and other interaction information from Facebook, LinkedIn, ActivityPub services, and other platforms where our content appears.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, content recommendations, publishing automation, audio generation, authentication, support, security, and related operations. Current providers include DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Stripe, Mailgun, Plausible, Tinybird, Outpost, Contextly, Ghost’s hosted ActivityPub service, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and Telegram. These providers may process contact information, member identifiers, billing and transaction information, email content and delivery information, support communications, post and interaction information, IP addresses, device and browser information, page URLs, referral information, and analytics events as needed to provide their services.

Our pages may also contain links to or embedded content from third-party platforms. Those platforms may receive information about your browser, device, IP address, account, and interaction with the content under their own privacy policies.

3. How we use personal information

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not train an NROB artificial intelligence model with personal information.

If we reasonably need more time and applicable law permits an extension, we will notify you during the initial 45-day period. We may then extend the response period by up to 45 additional calendar days.

To protect your information, we may ask you to respond from the email address associated with your account or to confirm a verification message sent to that address. If these methods are not available, we may request limited additional information needed to match the request to our records. We will use verification information only to process and document the request. We will not ask for your password or full payment-card information.
